Who She Is

Hailee brings a blended background in analytics, operations, and strategic thinking. She is always listening and understands the importance everyone brings to the table, from upper management to the college intern.

She has spent her career at the intersection of Finance and Technology, designing and owning financial and analytics products, then taking those skills into strategy work leading major projects across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

How She Works

She is a problem solver. "Because we always have" is not a reason for anything. She challenges the status quo and builds forward, whether launching a new program or building a new dashboard, matching the pieces of the puzzle until the picture is complete, even when the path is not a straight line.

What She Works On

Hailee is fluent in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and more, and is still a dedicated Excel expert. As a consultant at Motif Collective, she blends that analytical background with her passion for steering businesses toward their strategic goals.

In addition to client work, she is Motif Collective's Head of Finance and Operations. Running the firm's own finances and operations keeps her in the operator's seat, and that vantage sharpens the financial and analytics products she builds for clients.

Outside the Office

She turns garden produce into preserves, chases views on mountain hikes, and explores new worlds through books and cozy games.
